Dr. Hensler has a special interest in neonatal health which makes her house call practice perfect for breeding clients. Keeping your puppies and kittens on-site can reduce stress and disease transmission in your litters, while allowing access to veterinary care to get them ready for their forever homes.
Comprehensive Fear Free® physical examinations, vaccinations, microchipping, IDEXX laboratory diagnostics including blood work, urinalysis, and intestinal parasite screening; pregnancy ultrasound screenings, neonatal care, litter health examinations, USDA-APHIS accredited domestic health certificates, as well as non-emergent, minor injuries and illnesses for current clients.
For our current clients only: We offer hospice care plans and, when time, in-home euthanasia. We do not offer body care after euthanasia services but can recommend other services for both private and communal cremations.
We do not provide surgical procedures, emergency medical treatment, or treatment outside of normal business hours. If during your appointment your pet is found to be ill or injured, and it is determined that they need more advanced/critical care, immediate labwork, imaging (ultrasound other than for pregnancy checks, or x-rays), general anesthesia or surgery (this includes spay/neuter or professional dental cleanings), then we will refer them to a nearby full-service facility.
For pet emergencies please call Mason-Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital at (717) 432-6030, or your closest pet emergency clinic.
